A. Eligibility (Pre-school Age Requirement)

  • Nursery – at least 3 years old
  • Kinder – at least 4 years old
  • Prep – at least 5 years old
  • Grade 1 must be at least 6 years of age by June of the coming school year and must have preparatory experience or its equivalent.
  • Grade 2-5 transferees must have no grade below 80% or in any grading period and must have a satisfactory conduct.
  • Students with final average of 79% and below shall be under strict Academic probation for the entire year and required to obtain a final grade above 80% to be accepted for next school year.
  • Students with “D” Character Development final grade shall be under Strict Behavior Probation for the entire year and required to show improvement on his/her character grade to be accepted for next school year.
  • All new students/transferees must earn acceptable scores in the Admission tests.

B. Requirements

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Two (2) copies of 1×1 ID picture
  • Fully accomplished Registration Form
  • Payment of Registration Fee and Miscellaneous Fees
  • For students with previous schooling and a must for incoming Grades 1-5 and Grade 7- 3rd year high school: Certificate of Attendance or original copy of Report Card from previous school and Good Moral Certificate.

C. Enrollment Procedure

For New Students

Step 1: Registration
Register at the Registrar Office by filling out the registration form and submitting the following documents:

  1. Form 138
  2. Certificate of Good Moral (for transferees only)
  3. Birth Certificate

Pay admission test fee (Accounts Office)
Step 2: Admission Test
Take the admission test at the Vice Principal’s Office.

Step 3: Interview
Submit yourself for an interview with the Students Discipline Coordinator.

Note: Steps 1-3 may be accomplished in one day only.

Step 4: Wait for the Confirmation Call
You may be told right away if you are qualified to enroll. However, assessment of your records and test/interview results may require some time, thus the need to wait. While waiting for the call, please attend to any documents you may be required to submit later.

Step 5: Reservation/Enrollment
Once confirmed, please

  • fill out the reservation form;
  • pay enrolment fees only at the Accounts Office;
  • pay for your books, notebooks, uniform (school and PE); and
  • secure the “Officially Enrolled” slip and present this to the Homeroom Adviser on the first day of classes.


Step 6: Attend Orientation for New Students and Parents
Orientation for new students and parents is important and is required of any new member of the school. The orientation gives you general information on the PPIS Vision and Mission, grading system, school policies and procedures, and others pertaining to student life.

For Old Students
  • Present the card and the reservation slip on the day of enrollment.
  • Pay the registration and miscellaneous fees.
  • Secure the “Officially Enrolled” slip and present this to the Homeroom Adviser on the first day of class.
  • Attend orientation for old students.
